Mission

Girasoles’ mission is to empower parents/caregivers from low income backgrounds to gain knowledge and feel confident to better support their children through learning with experienced educators.  Parents/caregivers build skills based on the Montessori theory and child development that they can take home and apply in their ongoing interactions and decisions with their children.
