We offer virtual meetings. Each virtual meeting will feature a short presentation on parenting topic, such as:

• Preparing your home or nursery

• Child development

• Positive discipline

• The Montessori philosophy of parenting and child development

 

As part of the program we also offer a set of Montessori Materials appropriate for your child's stage of development and a guide on how to use them. 

 

You can use these materials and our work together to gain awareness of how to respond to their natural curiosity . We offer virtual follow up sessions to attend each family's needs, with discussions about experiences, questions, concerns and triumphs

 

Girasoles also hosts a series of community conversations on a range of developmental topics, in which enrolled families can share challenges,  insights, and new thinking in a supportive environment.

The sessions are free for families who qualify as a low income background. Sliding scale is available, please inquire for details.
